Grimball-Cotterill & Associates will accept sealed bids for Site Improvements at Citadel Park in Forest Acres, SC.
.This project consists of tree protection asphalt repair/patching, concrete curb and gutter, pervious concrete paving, planting and tree relocation at Citadel Park, located at Converse Street, Wofford, and Citadel Avenues in Forest Acres.
Sealed, hard-copy bids will be accepted until 2:00 PM, Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Bids shall be labeled "Citadel Park Project" and addressed to Grimball Cotterill & Associates, attn: Zac Wigington, 600 Beltline Blvd., Columbia, SC 29205. Telephone (803) 738-9525. Electronic or faxed bids will not be accepted. Bids will be accepted from qualified contractors. Contractor shall be required to provide evidence of qualifications in submittal form. Contractors shall have experience within the last three (3) years with projects of a similar scope and size. Bid Bonds of five percent (5%) will be required; Performance Bond, and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of 100 percent (100%) of contract amount will be required of the successful bidder.

Bidders are responsible for covering any applicable shipping or delivery charges. Checks should be made payable to Grimball Cotterill & Associates.
