Hurricane Irma is still projected to bring tropical storm force winds and heavy rains to the midlands. Based on these projections, City of Forest Acres administrative offices will be closed Monday, Septemeber 11. The city intends to provide sanitation services Monday and Tuesday, but that will depend upon prevailing weather conditions at the time.
